General Scholar Program

Qualification

1. The Applicant should be expected to study hard, observe the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and abide by the regulations of BUAA.
   

2. The applicant should have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in China or abroad, and should intend to continue studying subjects in which he/she already has some background.

3. In general, he/she should be forty-five years of age or under.

4. He/she should be able to exchange his/her views in English or Chinese.

Required Documents

1. The Application Form for General Scholar Program which should be completed by the applicant
   

2. A Health certificate which bears the seal of clinic or hospital should be completed by a medical doctor after a physical examination

3. Duplicated copies of a notarized diploma or certificate and notarized school-certificate transcripts of complete academic records

4. Two letters of recommendation from teachers or experts at or above the level of associate professor

5. A certificate from the financial guarantor of the applicant
